We are happy to inform you that once your product is in transit, a confirmation email, with a copy of your paid receipt, will promptly arrive in your inbox. Although some shipments may require a freight carrier most of our creations are delivered by FedEx or UPS. We provide the tracking information so our clients can make ready for delivery. To assist us in this process we will ensure that orders include the exact address with any special instructions and the most reliable phone number to reach you during the delivery process to ensure our drivers are timely and efficient.
As part of our quality control it is necessary for the recipient to be present upon delivery of the merchandise so they may open and inspect it immediately upon arrival. All shipments whether FedEx, UPS or freight that have sustained any damages or defects must be noted on the bill of lading provided before signing off on the delivery.
Please notify us via email at sales@nickalain.com or by phone at 786-409-5775 within 24 hours of delivery if any damages or defects have occurred so we can act quickly to correct the issues. In order for us to properly handle any concerns please preserve any and all packaging materials until all of your item's conditions have been confirmed to be in excellent order.
We ask our clients to note that shipments already in transit cannot be rerouted, redirected or cancelled. Refusal of non-damaged shipments will incur round trip shipping costs, additional restocking fees and the possible loss of product causing a non-refundable status to occur.
